At The Health Centers, we make your experience as simple as possible by submitting insurance claims on your behalf. Our team works directly with your insurance provider to help maximize your benefits and reduce the stress of paperwork. While we verify coverage when possible, please note that final responsibility for understanding your benefits remains with the patient.
Insurance plans vary, and most require patients to contribute to the cost of care. At the time of service, we are required to collect applicable co-pays, deductibles, and co-insurance amounts as determined by your insurance plan. These are set by your insurance provider and are not controlled by our office.
For patients without insurance or for non-covered services, we offer Prompt Pay Discounts for payment at the time of service. We are committed to full compliance with all applicable regulations and follow all state, Medicaid, and Medicare guidelines regarding billing and collections.
We are in-network with a variety of commercial insurance companies, Medicare, and Medicaid. Our insurance department will handle your claims from verification to filing.
